Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales Personnel from various sales channels and assist them on matters related to Phillip futures products and services
• Monitor sales personnel’s marketing and sales process to clients and ensure that they abide to guidelines and policies
• Ensure proper documentation on all Sales Channel matters
• Provide administrative support to sales personnel and their clients’ request
• Assist Manager in the expansion and retention of the sales channels
• Assist Manager in monitoring the progress of sales channel
• Assist Manager in the training requirements of sales channel
• Answer client’s enquiries on products and services provided by Phillip Futures (both phone call and walk in)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with out-going nature
• Meticulous with good administrative skills
• Client centric with a passion to go the extra mile for clients
• Self motivated individual who is able to multi-task

Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in dealing with OTC Foreign Exchange market
• CMFAS M2, M5 & M7 or equivalent license preferred

• Mathematically inclined with strong analytical & problem solving skills

• Ensure the risk management framework is in line with the group policies and guidelines as well as local legislation and regulations
• Ensure all customer trading procedures adhere to AML/KYC guidelines

Requirements

• Diploma and above in any discipline
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Derivatives industry is preferred (Senior Position requires at least 2 years of working experience in the Derivatives industry or similar capacity)

Job Duties/Description

• Answer to client’s enquires on products and services provided by Phillip Futures (both phone call and walk in)
• To successfully market key products to clients within a short window frame of interaction with them, as well as to successfully capture their attention and interest in our products
• Making outbound calls to convert potential clients/leads to real accounts
• Help client trouble shoot on matters related to Phillip futures products and services, direct client to relevant personnel in Phillip futures if more specialized help is required.
• Handling the account opening details, (sign form, check details, follow up, background search on clients for Anti-Money Laundering, link system etc)
• Assist in the expansion and retention of the retail business through providing excellent client service to walk in and potential clients

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
• At least 1 year of working experience in client service or call centre environment is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak Mandarin (Ability to speak Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia or other foreign language will be an added advantage)
