Client Service Executive

Job Duties/Description

  • Answer to client’s enquires on products and services provided by Phillip Futures (both phone call and walk in)
  • To successfully market key products to clients within a short window frame of interaction with them, as well as to successfully capture their attention and interest in our products.
  • Making outbound calls to convert potential clients/leads to real accounts
  • Help client trouble shoot on matters related to Phillip futures products and services, direct client to relevant personnel in Phillip futures if more specialized help is required.
  • Handling the account opening details, (sign form, check details, follow up, background search on clients for Anti-Money Laundering, link system etc).
  • Assist in the expansion and retention of the retail business through providing excellent client service to walk in and potential clients

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of working experience in client service or call centre environment is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak Mandarin (Ability to speak Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia or other foreign language will be an added advantage)
  • Client centric with a passion to go the extra mile for clients
  • Self motivated individual who is able to multi-task
  • A committed, and confident team player with the ability to respond positively to client’s request for assistance.
