System Requirements

Hardware:

  • 2.0 GHz P4 Intel (or equivalent) processor
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 100MB of available hard-disk space
  • 1,024x768 monitor resolution with 16-bit video card

Software:

Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista

After installation, nothing happens when I execute the program.

Check whether Microsoft.NET Framework program was installed. To perform this checking, go to start ->Setting -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs. Try to locate the program name “Microsoft.NET Framework”. Rerun the FX365 installer if the program was not installed.

When there’s any new update, FX365 encounters an error while updating it.

This could be a conflict with the existing files (those hidden files) or those files were corrupted. To remove the existing hidden file, go to My Computer -> Local Disk C: Drive-> Document and Settings -> <username> folder -> Application Data.(To unhide Application Data folder : Tools -> Folder Options -> go to View Tab -> show hidden files and folders). Delete FEXTrader folder. After that relaunch the FX365 application.

The 1-min charting is not showing

This is due to the date & time not set to the proper time zone (System). To adjust the date and time, go to start -> Setting -> Control Panel -> Date and Time.

Not able to connect (office environment)

This could be due to the office firewall & Proxy setting is not set properly. Consult your office IT department and allow the internet access for FX365 program or set the proper proxy setting on Proxy Setting button located at FX365 login screen.

I can’t view the news.

Check whether News Headlines is selected from View -> News Story & News Headlines.

I can’t see all/some currency chart

Simply click on Instrument Browser icon or go to Tools -> Instrument Browser. After that choose and tick the currency pair that you want to display on the instrument panel.

user select wrong environment (DEMO/LIVE)

Choose either Live for real account or choose Demo for fx365 demo account.

When double click on F365 icon, nothing appears.

Check your pc/laptop hardware requirement for FX365.
