- Unable to login using Internet Explorer 9 (Windows 7)

To access POEMS using Internet Explorer 9 (Windows 7), you will have to go through the following steps:
STEP 1: Adding Menu bar
  1. Right click on top of the Internet Explorer
  2. Click on "Menu bar".



 
STEP 2: Enable Compatibility View for POEMS
  1. Click on "Tools"
  2. Click on the "Compatibility View settings"



 
  1. Enter "*.poems.com.sg"
  2. Click on "Add"
  3. Click on "Close" to close this window



 
STEP 3: Enable Cookies
  1. Click on "Tools"
  2. Click on "Internet options"
  3. Click on "Privacy" tab
  4. Click on "Advanced"



 
  1. Check the "Override automatic cookie handling"
  2. Set "First-party Cookies" and "Third-party Cookies" to "Accept"
  3. Check on the "Always allow session cookies"
  4. Click on "OK"
