Java Applet Troubleshooting Guide


When the connection on the order status is not established properly.
Diagram 1.0 will be shown on the screen.

Solution:

  1. Refresh the order status page by clicking on the “Refresh” button
  2. Clear your cache and cookie
  3. Check the Java version on your machine. Open your Internet Explorer > go to Tools > Internet Options> Advanced > Java (Sun) > Eg: JRE 1.6.0_01(Diagram 1.1)
  4. Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Program > Remove all Java(Sun) Runtime Environment > Reinstall the Java from www.java.com


    Please upgrade the Java version if it is 1.6 and below. Download the latest version from www.java.com
