- In Pro Chart after selecting Instrument as Futures,
you are unable to select Exchange and Contract Name.
Please proceed with the following steps:
Open your Internet Explorer Browser.
Click on "Tools"
Click on "Internet Options"
Click on the "General" tab.
Under Browsing history, click on "Settings"
6. As indicated below, click on "Every time I visit the webpage "
checkbox.
7. Click on the OK button.
8. Click on the Privacy tab.
9. Click on the Advance button.
10. Check on the overwrite cookie handling checkbox .

Ensure you accept both First-party and Third-party Cookies.
12. Check on the Always allow session cookies checkbox.
13. Click on the Ok button.
14. Click on the Advance tab.
15. Ensure that you tick on the Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed.
16. Click on the Apply button followed by the Ok button to activate
the settings.
