- When you select Pro Chart, you encounter "The page cannot be found" message.
Please proceed with the following steps:
Open your Internet Explorer Browser.
Click on "Tools"
Click on "Internet Options"
Click on the "Privacy" tab.
5. As indicated below, adjust the privacy level from Medium to Low.
6. Uncheck "Turn on Pop-up Blocker."
7. Click on the Advanced button.
9. Check on the overwrite cookie handling checkbox .
10. Ensure you accept both First-party and Third-party Cookies.
11. Check on the Always allow session cookies checkbox.
9. Click on the Ok button.

Click on the Apply button followed by the Ok button to activate
the settings.
