MyInfo Application

Quicker application process for SingPass users

  1. Bank Statement/Bank Passbook
    • To include your bank name/logo, your name and bank account number
  2. Supporting document for residential/mailing address (applicable to non-Singaporean/PR)
  3. Supporting document for mailing address (applicable to Singaporean/PR if mailing address differs from residential address)

All supporting documents must be less than 3 months old.

Non-MyInfo Application

Fast, secure account opening for non-SingPass users

  1. NRIC/Identity Card*/Passport
    • Identity Cards from Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong are admissible
  2. Bank Statement/Bank Passbook
    • To include your bank name/logo, your name and bank account number
  3. Supporting document for residential/mailing address (applicable to non-NRIC holder)
  4. Supporting document for mailing address (applicable if mailing address differs from residential address)

Address proof must be less than 3 months old. Passports for account opening are to have a minimum validity period of at least 6 months from expiry.
