Marketing Communication Executive (Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager/Head of Marketing & Communication, you will develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. You will create or direct the creation of engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media. You will also employ effective tracking mechanisms to monitor the rate of response for all marketing campaigns. You will play a supportive role in seminars and events, as well as in media publicity efforts.

Requirements: Diploma and above in any discipline, 0-4 years of working experience Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Editing, Self-Motivated, Goal-Oriented, Strong Attention to Detail, SEO, Google AdWords/Analytics, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office

Job Duties:

  • Create and manage SEO, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
  • Develop engaging online content; monitor and analyse content success
  • Execute and manage email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Work with third party graphic designers, web designers, and digital agencies to create unique and engaging content
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
  • Drive traffic to company pages
  • Maintain all websites and pages including updating of content, and building new pages
  • Develop, implement and track projects with business development teams and sales channels, adhering closely to deadlines and budget
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

Business Development Executive – Japanese

Reporting to the Director of Global sales, you will participate in the development and expansion of Phillip Futures’ business activities in Japan and to Japanese clients from the region, and implement business development strategies for the region.

Responsibilities:
You are required to engage in client acquisition activities through follow up on referred leads, participate in events, networking and implementing other expansion strategies. You will also assist in active follow up with existing individual and institutional clients to provide timely personalized support to meet the clients’ trading needs. In addition, you will be involved in projects which will contribute to the overall development of business from Japan.

IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse and formalize users' business requirements and processes into project specifications.  
  • Evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
  • Manage project priorities and provide timely progress updates on project status.
  • Support and analyse reported issues/service requests and perform escalation if required.
  • Conduct gap analysis of current processes to identify improvement opportunities in the system.

IT Access Executive

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for regularly reviewing, maintaining market data and access process from various exchanges, as well as handle the chain of processes related to market data subscription reporting of various exchanges.
  • You will partner closely with business units, in supporting their queries, where information related to market data subscription is communicated accurately to the respective stakeholders.  You will also ensure that corresponding actions of billing is perform in a timely manner.
  • You are required to collate the changes related to market data, and provide regular updates to Management.
  • You will provide administrative support to the Application Support team, to ensure the tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented.
  • To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Senior IT Assurance Executive / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with respective IT units for incident and problem management. Ensure that incidents are documented on IT service management system with appropriate escalation to management.
  • Perform risk monitoring on technology risk incidents and ensure all gaps are addressed within the stipulated time.
  • Assist the Head of Department to coordinate any responsibilities the Manager holds in the event of a business continuity exercise.
  • Work with IT audit for internal and external compliance assessments. Ensure sufficient quality to support closure of regulatory or audit items.
  • Provide coordination facilitation and intelligence as needed for all IT regulatory compliance activities (i.e. conducting compliance testing to ensure IT units operate within governing policies and procedures).
  • Conduct IT change management meeting to ensure that all required testing has been performed before live implementation approval.  Ensure that all implementation process are properly documented and in accordance with the Company policy.
  • To keep abreast with IT related regulations, guidelines and review IT outsourcing policies.

Settlement Manager / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the settlement team that manages static data input, trade processing, settlement and reconciliation activities of a wide range of products including FX, Global derivatives, commodities and precious metals etc.
  • Assist the Head of Unit to manage and administer control of treasury operations to effectively handle deposits placement and rollover, and funds transfer transactions.
  • Investigate on irregularities detected, resolve operational issues and deliver feedback to the team’s attention with necessary escalation to the Head of Unit.
  • Ensure proper documentation and update procedure manual in a timely manner.
  • Proactively support and partner Sales Channels to deliver quality service to customers.
  • Enhance workflow and drive any improvements or project initiatives within the area to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • To keep abreast with current developments in the industry and ensure the department's processes comply with the current rules and regulatory requirement.
  • Perform other roles and projects assigned by the Line Manager.
