Funds Deposit & Withdrawal

Get details on transferring your funds in and out of your account

These are the following methods of funds deposits at your disposal for your trading transactions/margin call.

eNETS Deposit

Log on to and navigate to Acct Mgmt -> Futures/FX -> Deposit Funds

Fund deposits during working hours (Monday 5am – Saturday 5am) will be available in POEMS within 5 minutes. All other eNETS fund deposit transactions made after Saturday 5am will be reflected on Monday

NETS Deposit

Please note that we only accept NETS deposit in SGD. NETS deposit service is available only at our Main Office from Monday to Friday, except Singapore public holidays.

Cheque Deposit

For Cheque Deposits at Phillip Futures Main Office
Please cross the cheque, strike-off bearer and make the cheque payable to “Phillip Futures Pte Ltd”. Do indicate your Phillip Futures Account number and contact number on the reverse side of the cheque. 

For Cheque Deposits to Phillip Futures Bank Accounts 
With effect from Monday, 2 July 2018, cheques deposited directly with the bank will incur a cheque image retrieval fee which will be deducted from your trading account. We encourage all clients to top-up their accounts via other methods.*Note:

  • Cut-off timing for next business day clearance: 1.00pm for SGD cheques and 9.00am for USD cheques. 
  • There is no charge for SGD and USD local clearing cheque (only applicable to cheques deposited at Phillip Futures main office).
  • Cash cheque is not accepted.
  • Cheque deposits will be credited into your trading account and made available only after the cheque has been cleared.
  • Cheque deposits will not be taken into consideration for margin call / low equity until after the cheque has been cleared.

Bill Payment Service via DBS/POSB Internet Banking – SGD only

You can transfer funds to your Phillip Futures account using your DBS, POSB internet banking. This is only applicable for Singapore Dollars.   

Log in to Internet Banking → Pay →Pay Bills
Billing Organisation: PHILLIP FUTURES
Bill Reference: Your Phillip Futures account no. (e.g. ABC1234)

Once added successfully, you can go to “Bill Payment” to make the transfer to us. 

Internet Bank Transfer/Fast and Secure Transfer (FAST)

Our bank details can be downloaded from our website. Do indicate your Phillip Futures account number under Reference/Remarks and email a screenshot of your successful transaction so that we facilitate the process for you.

Fund transfer from Phillip Group Accounts

You may transfer your excess funds from other Phillip accounts through POEMS. Please contact your trading representative or Phillip Securities at (65) 65311 555 or email to learn more.

Telegraphic Transfer (TT)/Cash Deposit Over Bank Counter

Customers can deposit funds via telegraphic transfer or do a cash deposit over bank counter. Please call our Marketing Desk at (65) 6538 0500 or email  to obtain the TT Instructions. Our bank details can also be downloaded from our website. 

Do indicate the beneficiary name as Phillip Futures Pte Ltd and your Phillip Futures account number for reference. Please note that USD10 will be charged to your Phillip Futures account for incoming funds received through remittance.

Online withdrawal via POEMS


  • Check on the currency to be withdrawn
  • Insert the amount you wish to withdraw
  • Select the Action (i.e. to withdraw in that currency selected or to convert)
  • Select the option of how you wish to receive your fund (Quick Cheque Deposit, collect cheque personally etc.)
  • Click "Submit" to confirm the transfer

Online transfer to Phillip Securities Account via POEMS

  • Check on the currency to be withdrawn (either SGD or USD)
  • Insert the amount you wish to withdraw
  • Select the Action (i.e. to withdraw in that currency selected or to convert)
  • Select the option “Internal Transfer within Phillip Group" and select your POEMS account no. If your POEMS account no. is not in the drop down list, select “Others” and insert the POEMS account no. that you want to transfer to
  • Click “Submit" to confirm

Note: If you wish to check if your withdrawal submission is successful, you may check under “Transaction History". The option can be found at the top left corner of the withdrawal page.

Complete the withdrawal form

You can download the form from our website. Alternatively you can obtain from our office or request from our Marketing desk at (65) 6538 0500 or email to

  • The cut-off time for online withdrawal submission is 9.15am and hardcopy form is 10am, any submission thereafter will be processed on the next business day
  • Remittance charges will be borne by client and will be charged by banks processing the remittance. Phillip Futures does not charge any fees.

You can only withdraw and transfer funds from your Phillip Futures account to a bank account under your name.

We will require a minimum of 1 business day to complete your withdrawal request . For same business day processing, please note the following timings: 

Cut-off timings for same day processing

  • For online withdrawal: 9.15 am daily.
  • For withdrawal forms received via email or fax: 10.00 am daily.

If you submit your withdrawal request before the stipulated cut-off time, it will be processed within the same day. Else it will be processed on the next business day.

The funds in your Futures Account are segregrated from your funds in your Securities account. You can use the Online Withdrawal facilities in POEMS to transfer your funds between the two accounts if needed.

Banker’s Guarantee and Letter of Credit can be used as margin for Futures contracts.

However we do not accept Banker's Guarantee or Letter of Credit for margin on leveraged Forex/Bullion trades.
